Telehealth Visits

  • Typically $175–$250+ depending on distance and visit needs

  • Telehealth visit for a general health question: $49
  • Telehealth visit around 30 minutes for medication review and education: $75–$90
  • In-home visit nearby without procedures or supplies: $175–$225
  • In-home visit nearby with a simple laceration repair: $225–$325
  • In-home visit farther away without procedures or supplies: $250+

Important

Supplies, medical equipment, procedures, and disposal costs are not included in base pricing and are billed only when required.

Insurance

PRN Care is currently a self-pay practice.

You may be able to submit documentation to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Payments

Payment is collected at the time of service or by invoice.

Some visits may require prepayment to confirm your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of prepayment or a cancellation fee.
